Empowering Texas communities with strategic financing

We structure financing solutions for developers, including the issuance of bonds and participation in initiatives such as the Texas Infrastructure Program (TIP). As program counsel to TIP, the MLG team helps lead innovative, tax-exempt financing strategies that accelerate infrastructure development. Focused on efficiency and community growth, TIP supports projects that enhance quality of life across growing Texas markets—including Houston, Dallas and Austin. Since completing the first MUD receivable transaction, the experienced TIP team—with the Muller Law Group as Program counsel—has helped provide over $1.3 billion in funds for projects throughout the state.
