Two Step Farm is a mixed-use master-planned community located in Montgomery County. At full build-out, the project will include over 4,000 residential units as well as various amenities. The Phase 1 project area will include 1,087 single-family residential units and amenities such as a pool, dance hall, community farm, and trails and open space.

After years of stalled development on significant parcels in a growth corridor, The Muller Law Group stepped in to solve the complex challenge that left prior plans abandoned: access. Our team designed innovative transportation solutions that finally connected the critical parcels to the major thoroughfare, unlocking value and opportunity no prior advisor could provide for a visionary development partner, Oxland Group. Throughout the initial phases, Two Step Farm also leveraged our expertise in the Texas Infrastructure Program to secure financing aligned with the community’s vision and timeline.
